What is the best thing that I love about my work?  

 I’ve done lots of different things for “work.”  Some of it fulfilling, some of it not.  So, now, when I think of work, I think of the thing I am supposed to be doing – for the greater good, for MY greater good.  And if I am helping others, (even if only entertaining them) and helping myself (because I like to entertain) then that is really all I need to say that “I Love My Work!”

What is my idea of perfect happiness?

I gave up on the idea of “perfect happiness” a long time ago.  There is only “happiness.”   Perfection is a myth.  

What is my greatest fear?

I have already experienced all of my “greatest fears.”  Let me just say that they involve those that I love being taken from me or hurt in some way.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

I choose not to think of these things, only things that I LIKE about myself.

What is my greatest extravagance?

I actually enjoy extravagance very much.  I have everything a person could ever want.  I really DO love being able to help those I love out financially, though.

On what occasion would I lie?

I am an actress.  Define “lie”?  😉

What is the influence of role models, in my work and in my life?

I appreciate role models.  I hope to be one someday.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?  

I wear so many hats – I guess I could come up with things I dislike about each of those fields.  If I’m speaking of performance, however, I strongly dislike ageism.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?

I love working with my husband and daughter!

If I could, what would I change about myself?

15 years younger, and 30 pounds lighter…???  I don’t really know how to answer this…

What is my greatest achievement in work?

I have numerous pageant titles in which I was “the first” for one thing or another.  I don’t think any of that matters though.  I really love when I get messages from former proteges who tell me that I really influenced them…more than I would ever know.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city?

I have had many successes here in Austin, but this is “not my town.”  Most of my true successes were in the north west….but I don’t think that has anything to do with anything….

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city?

Currently in Austin, TX, and we love the strong ethnic (for me, vegetarian) food vibe.  If I’m drinking, though, I’m drinking at HOME!  🙂

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime?  

My husband DEFINITELY fits the Partner-In-Crime bill!!!

Whom would I like to work with in the future?

As a performer?  Rob Zombie.  Definitely.  🙂

What project, in the nearby future, am I looking forward to work on?  

Writing projects.  I recently just wrote my first play.  I am addicted.
