What is the best thing that I love about my work?

It’s a kind of magic when you observe your attention to every single particular, to client needs and every details choice turning in an unique successful event

What is my idea of perfect happiness?

To remain myself doing what i love, surrounded by people i care.

To go sleep every night impatient, waiting for the day after, my boyfriend to my left side and our cat to the right

What is my greatest fear?

There’s a million of things to get done, ideas, places i’d love to see, people to talk..and the sensation is the time flies so fast, by irretrievably

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

I always try to have all under my control .. Maybe this is a good thing in my work but in my private i would like to be more relaxed and flexible..i’m working on this 😉

What is my greatest extravagance?

I really like to stay alone, drinking a cup of coffee, and every time i start to imagine strange stories about other people in the bar and their life

On what occasion would I lie?

I really dont’t like to lie (and i’m not very able at it!)..but i’ll lie in organising a surprise party, for sure!

What is the influence of role models, in my work and in my life?

Being a woman is not ‘always easy..so many contradictory messages :think about your career, be a perfect mother, not earn too much, show your capabilities..we are targetted! And it could be very frustrating.

Fortunately i have usually met intelligent and smart women..so glad of this

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?

There is not a defined time job .. But there is always the unexpected!

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?

One of the best moment is at the end of the work, when you become spectator of your succesfull event. All gears work, everyone is having fun, every little detail you took care of fit in creating the event you wanted..top!

If I could, what would I change about myself?

I am trying to be less severe with myself .. I’m working on!

What is my greatest achievement in work?

I always arrive where I want

What is my most inspirational location, in Milan?

A beautiful little garden near my house full of wisteria and children .. I always go there when i want to feel me slight

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in Milan?

In my parents house to eat and in a little winebar to drinking italian wine and cocktails, fixed appointment with my girls!

Who is your greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime?

My greatest fan is my boyfriend, he supports me when I need. I am my sponsor and I think everyone should be the best sponsor of himself. Finally my partner in crime is my new chummy colleague

Whom would I like to work with in the future?

I hope to work with someone who has something to teach me always, from different viewpoints

What project, in the nearby future, am I looking forward to work on?

My project in this moment is focusing on the weddingplanning and learn as much as possible. It’s a new scenario for me and my just started challenge
