The Heroine’s Journey of Olli Ogneva

What is the best thing that I love about my work? – The result. I like the process too, especially when I’m one to one with my models, and there is no one else to disturb. And sometime it happens…

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I have many things I deplore in myself. Some of them is that I’m not very tolerant to people in general. Sometime I also like to argue, although, I’m not so sure if it’s a flaw or no…

What is my greatest extravagance?  Unfortunately, I don’t really have something extravagance in me. I’m quite simple and ordinary person, and i’m not tend to do anything strange…unless I’m drunk, of course 🙂

On what occasion would I lie? To be honest, I’m not totally believe in an absolutely honesty. I suppose, that even the most honest people can tell a lie, if they need it for some reasons, or to solve some situations. May be a lie in a joking way, raffle… Sometime it’s hard to tell someone the truth, and sometime someone shouldn’t know the truth. In this cases I would lie. Otherwise I trying to tell the truth.

Where would I most like to live? Russia, Moscow. And if that would be impossible, that would have been Paris. I love this city too much.

What books influenced my life and how? Oh, I like that question 🙂 I love to read! My love for literature started with “The name of the Rose”, I was 14 when I have read it. Books formed some of my views on this life, I hope I became a better person…or smarter at least 🙂 Some of my favorite writers is Kurt Vonnegut, Mark Twain, Alan Sillitoe, Keith Waterhouse, Evelyn Waugh, Anton Chekhov, Brodsky, Evtushenko.

What movie would I recommend to watch once in a lifetime? Probably, “The sky above Berlin”, and not just once 🙂

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? I’m not sure if I would be in the mood for music, ahah ) but perhaps that would have been Chopin..joking, of course:) Earlier, I would pick something from Metallica, but now I just don’t know.. –

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire Peter Lindbergh the most. He was truly a genius person.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? As of an artist ? For now I only dream that one day some of those persons would appear ))

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? – I wish those words would have been truth.

Whom would I like to work with in 2019/2020? Oh, so many great companies, magazines and agencies that I would wish to work with so it’s even hard to say… Well, for example, such model agencies as IMG Models DNA Models Silent agency and such magazines as Vulkan magazine, LUCY’S Magazine, Nylon Magazine, C-heads, The last magazine, One magazine…
