What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing I love about my work is transversality, because it allows me to face 360 degrees the creation of the company, from product to communication, from human resources to finance, then independence and finally the creation of a value for other people. The product we are creating is designed for the woman of the future, strong and independent. These factors are fundamental to my personal and work life.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? I have no specific idea of happiness, but I hope to achieve my dynamic balance both in my working life and in my personal and family life. Happiness is a very complex term.
What is my greatest fear? My greatest fear is that I can’t express myself and that I can’t reach the end of this great adventure
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? The characteristic that I deplore in me is my too much kindness with people sometimes
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? There are few people I truly admire, being a very particular person I find it difficult to identify with, I always try to be the person I want to admire. If I had to choose someone maybe I would choose my mother, she does not do my job but she is a wonderful woman. I would pay gold to have her tenacity
What is my greatest extravagance? My biggest extravagance I think is of feeling everything and nothing, I feel myself dark and light, black and rainbow. I love finding out me day after day
On what occasion would I lie? I believe that lying is the greatest lack of respect for the human being, i am absolutely repulsed by people who lie for lack of courage. The answer is therefore implied
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? What I don’t like about my work is perhaps the perennial hovering, a part of me would like more balance but I am confident that with time will come
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? One of the happiest moments was at Alessandro Filosa’s home when he proposed to become co-founder of trilly project. It’s been years since I felt in the right place at the right time and the commotion has been a lot. Now we are engaged
If I could, what would I change about myself? I don’t think I’d change anything, I’m enigmatic and happy like this
What is my greatest achievement in work? My success in my work to date has been meeting with Alessandro.
Where would I most like to live? To tell where I’d like to live, I’d have to see places I haven’t seen yet. I am very attracted by northern Italy, Australia and the hot islands all year round.
What is my most treasured possession? The most precious good isn’t something material but something inner. Probably the constant of asking questions and seeking answers
What is my most marked characteristic? My most marked characteristic is definitely the determination, it stand out much as a side of my character. I am physically thin, and I do not want my appearance to deceive anyone in front of me.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The location that inspires me is my city at night, I remember that when I lived abroad and came back to Rome, I took the car only to drive at night alone. The poetic energy Rome has at night is unparalleled.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? My absolute favorite restaurant in rome is a vegetarian restaurant located in via Margutta, Il Margutta vegetarian art food. There are no others even to compete in my opinion
What books influenced my life and how? I have no books that have influenced me particularly but I definitely have a list of readings that impressed me, the first is The alchemist Paulo Coelho, then Orwell 1984 and Neuroschiave.
Who are my favorite writers? I have no favorite writers but not because I don’t love to read, simply because, as for music, if I think something interesting I like to approach everything without excluding anything
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? I’d listen to Elton John’s best playlist.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I don’t have heroines in fiction because I don’t watch TV much or Netflix, I think it’s a waste of time.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My mother 100%.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? The movie I recommend to watch is a week from God with Jim Carrey, apparently a light and ironic film but his plot is very deep and full of meaning. I’m always moved by the scene where God speaks to Jim and says to him:”; Do you want to see a miracle? Be your miracle”. What’s more to say?
What role plays art in my life and work? Art has a fundamental role in my life. More than talking about art it is more right to talk about creativity. Creativity understood as elasticity of thought. Without creativity you can’t start a business
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? I have no partner in crime 😀
Whom would I like to work with in 2020? In 2020 I would love to work with some great artist or painter and know his point of view about the innovative shoe that we are creating

If you would prefer to work alone or on a different topic, individual coaching is a better fit for you.
