What is the best thing that I love about my work?
La cosa che più amo del mio lavoro, è la possibilità di scendere in profondità, prendermi del tempo ed essere ciò che sono senza troppi filtri, senza troppi compromessi. Grazie alla mia pratica posso sentirmi leggera e viaggiare. Vivere di bellezza. Mi dona sempre nuovi spunti di ricerca, nuovi sentieri da percorrere, pur rimanendo sulla mia via. Mi da l’onore di lasciare una traccia, un commento del mio passaggio, e fosse questo solo un’illusione, beh è una piacevole illusione.
The thing I love most about my work is the ability to go deeper, take time and be what I am without too many filters, without too many compromises. Thanks to my practice I can feel light and I can travel. Live on beauty. It always gives me new ideas for research, new paths to follow, while remaining on mine. It gives me the honor of leaving a trace, a comment of my passage, and if this was only an illusion, well it’s a pleasant illusion.

What is my idea of happiness?
Per me la felicità è quiete, serenità dell’anima. Piccole cose, piccoli gesti, atti quotidiani svolti in totale presenza. Anime amiche intorno. Il sole in inverno, la pioggia in estate. Il mare. Le passeggiate.
For me, happiness is quiet, serenity of the soul. Small things, small gestures, daily acts carried out in total presence. Soul friends around. The sun in winter, the rain in summer. The sea. The walks.

Mento solo al mio cane, quando devo convincerla che non ci sono più biscotti, ma i biscotti ci sono.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
Non c’è una cosa in particolare che non mi piace del mio lavoro. Probabilmente, l’ambiente affettato e stucchevole che si viene a creare in certe occasioni, questa è una cosa che non mi piace affatto.
There isn’t one thing in particular that I don’t like about my work. Probably, the affected and cloying ambience that is created on certain occasions, that is something that I do not like at all.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
Quando la mia pratica assidua e continua mi ha condotta a nuove conoscenze in maniera spontanea ed illuminante. Quando il mio lavoro mi ha portata in posti nuovi, lontani, la cui esperienza mi ha portato ad una crescita.
When my assiduous and continuous practice has brought me to new knowledge in a spontaneous and illuminating way. When my work has taken me to new, distant places, that once experienced has led me to personal growth.

Non credo di avere persone o aziende in particolare con cui sento il desiderio di collaborare. So per certo però che per questo 2020 vorrei lavorare con persone, che attraverso il loro lavoro, la loro ricerca diano un contributo autentico. Ecco sì, vorrei accanto a me persone vere, piene ed entusiaste.
I don’t think I have people or companies in particular with whom I feel the desire to collaborate. I know for sure, however, that for this 2020 I would like to work with people, who through their work, their research make an authentic contribution. Well…yes, I would like real, full and enthusiastic people next to me.

Which people in my profession who can make a real difference in my creative career would i love to meet in 2020?
Come per la precedente domanda, non ho delle persone in particolare con cui mi piacerebbe collaborare. Sono sicura però, che sulla mia via incontrerò delle persone positive con cui crescerò e con le quali sarò felice di condividere un pezzettino della mia vita.
As with the previous question, I don’t have people in particular that I would like to collaborate with. I am sure, however, that on my way I will meet positive people with whom I will grow up and with whom I will be happy to share a piece of my life.

What project, in 2020, am I looking forward to work on?
Ho da poco iniziato un progetto in cui credo molto. Essendo i tempi di esecuzione molto lunghi, sicuramente mi impegnerà per l’intero anno. È un lavoro che si compone di giorno in giorno. Prende forma strada facendo.
I recently started a project that I really believe in. Since the execution times are very long, it will surely take me for the whole year. It is a work which is made up day by day. It takes shape along the way.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me?
Questa affermazione per me significa che ciò che ci tiene in vita, in una costante pienezza di vita nasce e muore con noi. Ad ogni modo sostituirei la parola passione con Amore (questo è solo un suggerimento).
This statement for me means that what keeps us alive, in a constant fullness of life, is born and dies with us. In any case, I would replace the word passion with love (this is just a suggestion)
