What is the best thing that I love about my work?

Art doesnt have any precise rules therefore I love the freedom that revolves around it. Just as poets or musicians, the visual artist doesn’t have to ask anyone’s permission to go to work in his studio and can create at any day and time.

What is my idea of perfect happiness?

Happiness is something elusive, maybe it can be just a moment. It is important to be able to find it in small things for example in a smile, in a drink shared with friends, in tears of joy and in a lunch with the whole family reunited. My idea of ​​happiness lies in one of these options and many small ones similar to these. If we can define these details as “happiness” and reach a balance with the people around us and especially with ourselves, I think we will achieve perfect happiness.

What is my greatest fear?

I have fears, like everybody that has an infinite number of fears. From the most insignificant fear like darkness to my biggest fear of failure and suffering, but my fears doesn’t limit me. On the contrary

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

I am a very organized person and I don’t think it is to be condemned because it is a rhythm of my life but when this feature affects the future more than today 100% then it can become a problem.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?

I admire professors, curators and art critics who managed to convey something simply by speaking.

What is my greatest extravagance?

I have no idea! impulsively I would probably decide to buy a flight ticket.

On what occasion would I lie?

I am a very sincere person. Just in case if I have to protect someone.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?

Economic uncertainty. It is difficult to living as an artist.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?

When I inaugurated of the personal exhibition that has been a success and you see that everyone is there only for you. Generally, I am happy when I can reach my goals and I am satisfied with the goal achieved, for example the creation of a good work of art.

If I could, what would I change about myself?

I would try to be less nervous and shy in my daily and working life.

What is my greatest achievement in work?

A certain constancy and “sincerity” in what I do.

Where would I most like to live?

Unfortunately, I have no pre-established destination and I have traveled little outside Italy but I think the ideal would be to live in a different city about every 4 years when you are young and then decide where to place your home as a “fixed base”.

What is my most treasured possession?

Art and my family.

What is my most marked characteristic?

I think it’s the determination.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city?

I don’t have a precise position, every point, everything can give me a stimulus. I really like the clothes hanging outside the windows that move with the wind, for example.

What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city?

I really like sushi lately! And It suits me to drink in any step of any city. Chill out and have a beer or a glass of wine… In this case, it depends on who you are with.

What books influenced my life and how?

Unfortunately, I am not an avid reader but I remember the first book that really struck me that I read when I was a teenager: We are children from zoo station by C. V. Felscherinow.

The books that influenced my life were those that I usually read (or study) that obviously speak of art.

Who are my favorite writers?

I don’t have any favorite writers, I can say that I like to read for example U. Eco, G. Dorfles, Z. Bauman. Excluding art in adolescence I read Bukowski, I like his frankness.

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day?

I have no idea but I would like to listen to a song by David Bowie, for example, “Heroes” and also “Friday I am in love” by The Cure, these are the songs that make me feel joyful and have marked some of my important days.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction?

Toy Story, Sheriff Woody of course! It is now more than famous, I created a instagram profile for it.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life?

My parents.

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime?

It is very difficult to choose there are so many options, I can say “Fight Club” it is one of my favorite films but to have a “more Italian” vision and to better answer the question, I should say films of Özpetek’s “Mine Vaganti“.

What role plays art in my life and work?

Art corresponds to my work and my life.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime?

It should be the person who supports me sentimentally speaking.

Whom would I like to work with in 2020?

I’d like to work with competent people. It may also be someone who has no power, no specific fame but what interests me is that this person is able to give something fundamental to me and my work … Even just the words are enough!

Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2020?

I hope to meet and get to know people who can get me a little closer to the places used for art in Italy … Let’s start with Italy first!

What project, in 2020, am I looking forward to work on?

First of all, I want to complete the artistic residence in Florence. Unfortunately, the final exhibition has been postponed several times due to coronavirus but now there is a real date and it is June 1, 2020! In addition, I was going to have two more solo exhibitions in Puglia this year, presenting my work that started in 2017, these were delayed, but this year represents a key goal for me. In addition, as always, I want to continue my individual artistic research which year after year is finally being refined.

Where can you see me or my work in 2020?

Certainly! At the final exhibition of La Meraviglia at the Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence. I hope to be part of collaborations with Italian galleries or independent spaces!

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me?

It means that if it is true passion this cannot be defined as work but it is simply life. Without schedules, shifts, rules, obligations but we act out of our need.

The Heroine’s Journey Coaching online sessions last 50 minutes and the fee is Euro 189 excluding VAT per session. The Heroine’s Journey Coaching is suitable for people at any stage in their career.

Should I choose 1:1 coaching?

Our The Heroine’s Journey experiences in world cities allow you to learn not only from the coach but also from your peers. For the small group coaching (1 – 4 people), we have selected important, relevant topics that we find regularly come up for creative professional: purpose, storytelling, creative confidence, self promotion, time & money and resilience.

If you would prefer to work alone or on a different topic, individual coaching is a better fit for you.

What language do we speak in the coaching sessions?

English.

Can I buy coaching for my organization?

Yes, you can! We support many organizations around the world with their coaching needs. Please contact us for more information.

Can I bring my own topics?

Yes, for individual coaching you get to choose your own topic.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes. Peter will not share anything that is discussed in the coaching sessions.

Where will the coaching sessions take place?

Sessions will take place online (as per the times we live in) via an online tool like Zoom or Skype. Peter will let you know.

How do I sign up?

After you send the mail, you will receive an email with a link to pay.

How do I book and reschedule sessions?

Once we’ve received your payment, Peter will contact you and book your coaching sessions. He will also support you with rescheduling sessions if needed.

Individual coaching sessions can be postponed up to one week before the session.
