What is the best thing that I love about my work? The idea of communicating a positive message or making people reflect through images.

What is my idea of happiness? Be in connection with nature.
What is my greatest fear? The disease.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? A certain amount of melancholy that never leaves me completely.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? The booksellers. They are the ultimate link between me and the reader and they often make courageous and swim against the tide in order to spread the culture.
What is my greatest extravagance? I don’t know if it’s exactly an extravagance, but i’m fond of about cults related to nature.
On what occasion would I lie? So as not to hurt other people.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?. Sometimes, with tight deadlines, having to work in a hurry. I need to elaborate, emotionally, the project I am contributing to.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When I found positive feedback by submitting to the publisher with a personal project that I really cared about, on raising awareness of the extinction of the Marsican bear.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I would like to be more tenacious.
What is my greatest achievement in work? Whenever a child rejoices to see looking at my illustration.
Where would I most like to live? In the green, possibly in the mountains.
What is my most treasured possession? My loved ones.
What is my most marked characteristic? I am an incurable dreamer.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The park or the countryside.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? Not one in particular, but I like small, intimate cafes where I can feel right at home.
What books influenced my life and how? There are many, I’ll list some of them: “One More Ride on the Merry-Go-Round” by T. Terzani (because of the message it communicates of creating a tailor-made life), “Pinocchio” by C. Collodi (because of the happy ending, because of the characteristics of the characters, because of the joy .. I would illustrate it 1000 times and more) “Women who run with the wolves” by CPEstes (I believe in the healing power of fairy tales) “The Alchemist” by P. Coelho (I think it’s very poetic ).

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Lagertha, a fierce shield-maiden and first wife of the king of Sweden and Denmark, tenacious woman, fighter and proud.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? All those involved in safeguarding the planet and its creatures, I believe that it is not yet clear to us how interconnected we are with the earth and the importance of protecting it.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? “Life is beautiful” by R.Benigni.
What role plays art in my life and work? An important role, I often find myself admiring art in handcrafted productions and this inspires me.
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me? I quote the saying “It is not what happens to you in life that makes the difference, but how you react to it”.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? My partner and my friends.

Which people in my profession who can make a real difference in my creative career would i love to meet in 2020? I can think of well-known characters who inspired me. Marina Abramovich, Sebastiao Salgado, Emma Watson ..
What project, in 2020, am I looking forward to work on? A pet project, I find it very fun and fresh, but now I can’t say more.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? Passion is important to me, it is the one that has never made me question the path i am following and that has encouraged me to work hard and not give up in the face of facing obstacles.
