Q. What is the best thing that I love about my work as storyteller?
A. I love the fact that I get to make things up, create worlds of my own and show people what goes on in my mind. It’s a way of expressing myself and sharing bits of myself with the world.
Q. What is my idea of happiness?
A. Happiness to me is contentment and fulfillment.
Q. What is my greatest fear?
A. My greatest fear is not being successful. By this I mean not accomplishing my dreams
Q. What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
A. Procrastination. This makes me do projects last minute and in a rush hence I end up not giving the project my best.

A. Njoki Muhoho, Wanuri Kahiu, Shonda Rhymes, Issa Rae, Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino and Steven Spielberg
Q. What is my greatest extravagance?
A. Food. I’m a foodie and I spend so much money on food. I thank God for high metabolism otherwise I’d be obese hahaha

A. When in trouble. I’d lie to get myself out of trouble. I would also lie to spare someone’s feelings from getting hurt.
Q. What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
A. Working long hours on end especially when on set.
Q. When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
A. At the Multichoice Talent Factory. I met and got to work with an amazing team of talented individuals.
Q. If I could, what would I change about myself?
A. I wouldn’t change anything about myself. I believe I’m perfect even with all my flaws.

A. My final year project being nominated for the2017 Kalasha Film and TV awards

A. Somewhere near an ocean. I love the ocean and consider it my muse.

A. My family, I don’t know what I’d do without them.

A. My kindness and genuine positivity towards life.

A. Karura forest. It’s green and serene and just makes my creative juices flow.

A. The Harry potter book series by J.K Rowling and Goosebumps by R.L Stine. As a child these were my favorite books and they opened my mind to fiction, imagination and creativity.

A. They are two: Queen Daenerys (Khaleesi) and Lagertha the shield-maiden.

A. Therapy. Telling stories through film or poetry is my happy place.

A. These words mean that my life story is best told by me and I tell my story through the way I live my life i.e. the decisions I make, the people I meet, the places I go etc.

A. My best friend Anne Nduta Njeri. When we’re together we feel like we own the world.

A. These words mean that the fire that burns inside me driving me to do what I love doing should never burn out. It should keep burning till the Lord calls me to rest.
