What is my idea of happiness? My idea of happiness is made of moments. A beautiful sunset, a flower,my son’s laugh , the embrace of your loved one, good food to enjoy in company. Positive thinking makes me happy. Nothing too complicated in the effects.
What is my greatest fear? Losing the people I love. But even clowns and porcelain dolls don’t make me sleep at night!
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I give a lot of myself to those who do not deserve. I would like to be able to be present only for those who appreciate me and let go of those who do not want to be there.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I could name many names, from Quentin Tarantino to Francesco Favino. I admire all those who do not give up and who, once they reach notoriety, remain humble. Rare thing to find in the film industry
What is my greatest extravagance? For some, I am extravagant when I eat chips and chocolate, or when I wear different socks. But for me it is normal!
On what occasion would I lie? Never! I do not tolerate any form of lie, not even that told for a good purpose. I find it a great lack of respect towards those who listen to us and trust us.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The precariousness. Always having to get back in the game by looking for new contacts. And I don’t like having to compete with people who improvise an actor without having studied, such as influencers or some Youtubers (even if someone good exists!)
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Every work experience has made me happy. Every stage on which I set foot, every set where I shot and every known person or place visited, have enriched my cultural background.
If I could, what would I change about myself? Nothing. I am the result of every experience in my life. I always try to improve, but I love being exactly the way I am. I have healthy values that nowadays I find it difficult to find in others and that I like very much
What is my greatest achievement in work? The play “Le troiane” by Seneca, with colleague and friend Edoardo Siravo, directed by Paolo Giuranna. In addition to having won several awards and having taken him on tour for a long time, including abroad, I left a piece of my heart in him.
Where would I most like to live? In my hometown, Palermo (Sicily). An island rich in culture, history and landscapes that fill the heart. Where the Arab, Norman and Spanish descent creates an aura of mystery and magic from which it is difficult not to be bewitched and fascinated

What books influenced my life and how? Apart from the various books on theater and cinema that have helped me in my career, I am linked to the bible from which I take food for thought in times of difficulty.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I could name you culturally higher names, but jokingly I’ll answer Bridget Jones! To keep up with problematic parents, sexist work environment, boyfriends and ex-boyfriends as human cases and to accept every single defect of his own body … But find me a heroine braver than her!
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? All those who struggle every day to achieve their goals, managing not to be overwhelmed by negative feelings towards those who arrogantly wronged them. I believe it is important to get closer to the big names, as well as to the Indie world. Unfortunately in Italy independent cinema is underestimated, as if it were synonymous with amateur. We should start to change mentality and give it more space and value
What project, in 2021, am I looking forward to work on? I received a job offer from a director that I respect very much. I read the project and fell in love with it! I hope that despite the slowdowns of Covid, we will be able to start shooting as soon as possible
