What is the best thing that I love about my work?
I’ve always loved reading stories, becoming a picture editor and journalist enabled me to find them all over the world. The written article and the photographic feature can have a strong impact on the readers and introduce them to different ways of living, bring awareness on social issues and give voice to those who have none. Photography is also a powerful tool to share experiences, personal projects can involve emotional spheres and often make us discover sides of ourselves that we did not know. I love keep on learning, exploring new ways and languages, showing captivating narrations, this also give me the chance to meet new people and working together for the same goal is one of the thing I really appreciate, it allows me to see things on different angles with constructive contributions. Having worked in an historical archive enabled me to discover how pioneer photographers influenced the compositional style of several painters and are still inspiring the modern photographic language.
