What is the best thing I love about my work?
The best thing about what I do is the freedom I am allowed to express
the real authentic me from the inside to the outside world.
What is my idea of happiness?
Happiness for me is living a stress free life and spreading light into
the world.
What is my greatest fear?
My greatest fear is losing my passion for life and not being able to
share it with the world.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
I would say being restless sometimes unexpectedly.
Which living persons in my profession do I most admire?
Bharti Kher and Robin Wright (Fantasy Wire), Luo Li Rong. I simply
admire their work and their passion for art.
What is my greatest extravagance?
My greatest extravagance was to give a fashion show in a small
gallery in Philadelphia, PA, of my fashion designs. It was small but it
was effective at that time.
On what occasion would you lie?
At this point in my life, I don’t have a need to lie. It would be very
uncomfortable.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
I love what I do and have nothing I dislike.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
I was and still am happiest when I have been inspired by a thought,
epiphany, or an idea, whether it comes from within or external.
If I could, what would I change about myself?
I like who I am. Everything about me was meant to be and who I
have become at this point in my life.
What is my greatest achievement in work?
My greatest achievement in my work I will say is never giving up on
myself.
Where would I most like to live?
There were a few places I would like to visit as if it was my home
such as Paris, Australia, England, however, in the meantime, I have
been happy where I am, unless the unexpected happens.
What is my most treasured possession?
The most treasured possession is living the life I have
been given.
What is my most marked characteristic?
Art and my voice.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city?
I am inspired by the museums such as PAFA in center city location
and then the Philadelphia Museum of Art also located in center city.
What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city?
I don’t have favorites but I do frequent Olive Garden, Ihop and
I love coffee and tea shops.
What books influenced my life and how?
There was no one book that has influenced my life, but there are
too many to list.
You only Die Once. What music would I listen to on my last day?
It would be Jazz, in particular, Grover Washington’s, “A Secret
Place.”
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction?
I never really have a hero or heroine in fiction.
Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime?
I would recommend seeing the movie “The Enchanted Cottage”,
with Robert Young and Dorothy McGuire.
What role play stories in my life and work?
Role play for me has been frequently going to the movies as a way
to escape reality for a few hours when I was very young into
young adulthood.
What do the words “You are the storyteller of your own life” to me?
It means that everyday you are allowed to wake up, and when you
do, you are writing your story by what you decide to do in that
minute, hour or day, and then, you do it all over again the next
day until the days become months and then years. And when you
look back you see the story you have created about who you are
and what you have become.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime?
I don’t have a sponsor or a partner in crime.
I would be honored to work with galleries and art museums such
as PAFA and Mural Arts, both located in Philadelphia, on special
Projects.
There are very many excellent and creative artists in this
Profession whom I would love to meet such as Paige Bradley,
Lou Li Rong and Robin Wright of Fantasywire.
What projects, in 2021, am I looking forward to work on?
I am working on a project that is almost completed and will be
working on a new personal project.
What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me?
Passion doesn’t retire because as long as there is
imagination inspiration, I believe it ignites passion.
