As actress I love to enjoy life throught my job and the different characters that I play allow me to discover nuances of living. To live in a peacefull world.

Human wickedness towards other human beings and to animals. Any kind of violence comes from the wound of the unloved, the world needs a lot of love to become healthy; I think that now its too crazy and lacking in love and so lacking in peace. We need love, nothing else. Human beings go around the world in despair, and this despair brings them to do any kind of brutality to survive, only because they are begging for love.

I think I could be a very good liar if I want, but I think its not necessary to lie: if I use non-violent communication I dont need to lie because if I am aware of my needs and those of others I can create honest relationships with people.

And a relationship based on empathy can be truly satifying and doesnt need to tell lies.

It was not so simple but it was necessary and this change gave me more consciousness about myself. Its a work in progressbecause these beliefs, that are with me since I was born, are always ready to come to the surface but I know, I can win.
