What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing of my work, as fashion journalist and social media manager, is the possibility to match my passion for fashion with my love for marketing and to be able to live of this one. I’m happy to have chosen an interesting and varied profession that allows me to dedicate myself to different projects and very often new professional challenges.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? My idea of perfect happiness is to be exactly what I want to be and to do what I always dreamed. Is what I have been able to build and to be able to improve every day without ever losing enthusiasm. It’s something that makes you feel satisfied with yourself
What is my greatest fear? I suffer with abandonment: I hate goodbyes, of any kind, always.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Sometimes I’m lazy, even if I always try to fight it going to gym and having many interests, but also the intransigence, especially towards myself.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire a lot the great italian marketers like Riccardo Scandellari, Rudy Bandiera and Francesco Russo, but also young entrepreneurs like Dario Vignali and Federico Sbandi. More generally I admire those who can emerge in their work, following their passions, and make you want to follow them.
What is my greatest extravagance? I love the sea but I can not swim.
On what occasion would I lie? I don’t like lying, but I would do it for a good purpose, to avoid hurting the people I love.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? Sometimes my work is very stressful. I hate chasing after customers or having to come to terms about things I disagree with them.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? I was happy in more occasions, but especially when I reached the most important goals like going to fashion shows, collaborating with important people or hearing me say “Do you know you’re really good at your job?”
If I could, what would I change about myself? I think I would not change anything, I’m fine, I accept myself and I bear my faults.
What is my greatest achievement in work? Definitely my blog, blondywitch.com: it was my biggest challenge, but it helped me to create a profession that still make me happy today.
Where would I most like to live? I would like to live in a seaside town, maybe in southern italy or, as alternative, in Barcelona.
What is my most treasured possession? My most precious treasure is my sensitivity: I can understand people, their thoughts and feelings.
What is my most marked characteristic? I’m a sunny person, I love laugh and I am always ironic.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? My favorite place in Rome is Together: it’s a cross inspirational place that feel you like home and it’s an genially idea of my friend Ernesto Cinquenove. It’s an incredible place in which you can meet with people all over the world.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? Everywhere where you can find the best pizza and good draft beer.
What books influenced my life and how? Every book on formation, especially the Riccardo Scandellari’s book “Fai di te stesso un brand”, but also “The purple cow” by Seth Godin and “Codice Montemagno” by Marco Montemagno. These books helped me to evolve my critic spirit.
Who are my favorite writers? Definitly Oscar Wilde, Isabelle Allende, Carlos Castaneda and Paulo Coelho.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? I love rock and grunge: my last day I’d like to hear Muse, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Depeche Mode and Linkin Park.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I think Harry Potter. I love him, I’d like to have his powers.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? All the women who, despite the difficulties, have reinvented their life and create a job following their passions. And then Frida Khalo, Rita Levi Montalcini, Margherita Hack and Stephen Hawking.

“You are the Storyteller of Your Own Creative Life. You can Create Your Own Legend – Or Not” – Peter de Kuster

Spring Journey Itinerary
Day One: The first day of the Spring Journey is designed to equip us with the core skills of The Heroine’s Journey and Storytelling. We will learn the power of the story we tell ourselves, why our minds have a hard time understanding themselves, how to map and understand our passions, and how and why we characteristically respond to them.
Day Two: The second day of the Spring Journey takes us on a structured journey around the power of your story as creative professional. Creative flow is always in essence a mental phenomenon, it is a result of ideas- and a story you tell yourself therefore relies on having to hand a raft of enriching stories about your business, your money management, your self promotion and your time management that can be called upon in moments of truth. The day begins with a Heroine’s Journey Breakfast – considering what three of the greatest creative heroines of all time have as story about the art of creative living wisely and well.
Day Three: The third day of the Spring Journey teaches us how to choose our clients and business partners wisely and make our relationships last. One of the gravest errors we make around business relationships is to imagine that they aren’t things we can get wiser or better at. On this day we will learn to practise and rehearse our skills at working with the people who can help you further your creative business (clients and business partners like agents, publishers, marketing professionals etcera). In the evening, we will attend a Storytelling Dinner in a local restaurant – learning to overturn small talk and master the art of opening up our deepest stories.
Day Four: The fourth day of the Spring Journey teaches us how to achieve our creative career potential. We will employ storytelling tools to be better able to understand our creative talents and to move forward using the opportunities that are open to us.
Day Five: The final day of the Spring Journey explores new business opportunities and markets for you to as creative professional. Many of the challenges we encounter in modern life require us to develop creative solutions to complex problems. And even when we’re not tackling big problems, continuously improving the way we live using invention and imaginative strategy is deeply important.
