What is the best thing that I love about my work? It makes me discover unknown things

What is my idea of perfect happiness? I don’t have one. I think it would be something close to.. not wishing to be somewhere else.

What is my greatest fear? Death

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?  I’m lazy  

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? There are many… but some of them are particulary close to the way I feel the world, e.g. David Lynch or Alejandro Jodorowsky.

What is my greatest extravagance? I like helping people 

On what occasion would I lie? When I feel I’m in danger 

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? That it is hidden and fleeing, most of the time.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Each time I finish one and I know that it is exactly how it was supposed to be.

If I could, what would I change about myself? Nothing. Well maybe just my gender, but only if I could be born again: I wouldn’t change it now.

What is my greatest achievement in work? Discovering possibilities

Where would I most like to live? New York

What is my most treasured possession? Coccolino (my teddy bear)

What is my most marked characteristic? As a cat, to think out of the box.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? Every place in the dark. And I love abandoned factories.

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? Home

What books influenced my life and how? I think most of the books I have read in my life have left something inside me. But If I have to chose few I would say Zibaldone (Giacomo Leopardi), Der Prozess (Franz Kafka), Le città invisibili (Italo Calvino), Livro do Desassossego (Fernando Pessoa).

Who are my favorite writers? Kafka, Pessoa, Castaneda, Jodorowsky… many others.

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Strawberry Fields Forever (The Beatles)

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Gregory House (House, M.D.)

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? Every awaken person.

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Harold & Maude.

What role plays art in my life and work? I’m still trying to understand.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? My mother.

Whom would I like to work with in 2018? No one in particular, but it would be great to do something with a musician.

Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2018? I don’t know. It would be great to go to Paris and take part in one of Jodorowsky’s tarots readings.

What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? The sequel of my project, composed of a series of rooms.

Where can you see me or my work in 2018? In my studio and.. who knows.. It is hidden, most of the time… sometimes it shows up for a while…
