What is the best thing that I love about my work? My biggest dream became true! Now, I can help people get their self-awareness back and unleash their potential they have. It’s always such a huge gift to see how they reconnect with their inner wisdom and finally empower themselves and believe and trust in their abilities and knowledge. To see the spark in their eyes – makes me just happy and thankful.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? To have the freedom I am having since I am self-employed. To be able to live where I want and work when I want – and most important TO BE WHO I AM! Without having to play a role or put up a mask. Happiness is an inside job – to achieve it you need to create the life you want and that makes YOU happy. You can do it to. Just try it!
What is my greatest fear? To waste time in a nonsense job – like I did the last 15 years. That is why I am really working hard on my vision and that my dream stays alive.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Being a perfectionist and getting sometimes lost in it. That can slow me down in my work – with the risk that I never finish f.e. the workbook, the flyer…
Which living persons in my profession do I most admire? Rebecca Campbell as she has already achieved what is my vision.
What is my greatest extravagance? I overcame my fears of talking in front of people or being recorded. I am so glad that I had the courage to step out of the comfort zone and just through me out there. Now I frequently to Live-Videos in my Facebook group, I just started my YouTube channel and look forward to record all the videos for my online course that will come soon. Added to this I love to write and to inspire other people on different topics. I believe that you get what you give. So spread love and light and let the spark of joy fulfil others day.
On what occasion would I lie? Probably, to try not to get a fine because I was caught by the cops doing something naughty on the bike… – That’s probably my one and only situation… I am a very sincere and honest person – they’re my values. So I try not to lie.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? As I am living my dream now – there is nothing I dislike in my job – I love my job. Seriously.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? I am always happy… no matter where I am or what I do.
If I could, what would I change about myself? Nothing, I am very happy with who I am… mostly. But as I know you want to hear something: I am quite an impatient person – if I could become a more patient woman, that would be much easier in life – sometimes…
What is my greatest achievement in work? Having launched the Light Heart Academy and living my dream and vision.
Where would I most like to live? In Hawaii in a beautiful house close by a lovely beach. With many fruit trees in the garden, lovely terrace which sea view where I can enjoy the great sunset in the evening.

What is my most marked characteristic? My optimism and great sense of humour.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The Sihlfeld Park (actually it’s a cemetery) where I find quietness and a well kept park. Hiking up the Üetliberg (Hill around Zurich) is very inspirational too as I am surrounded by natur. When you get at the top you have a wonderful view over the lake and you can also see the alps.

With this book I learned that you can use 1000 affirmations a day – if you don’t feel it, it never will happen.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My parents who raised me and did everything that I have a good life. I am soo thankful for that.
Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime? I am big Guy Ritchie fan – for a good laugh I recommend:
Snatch & Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
What role plays art in my life and work? I am not so keen with arts – so it’s not really a part in my life.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? I don’t have one…
Whom would I like to work with in 2017? Inspiring and like–minded people who get me out of my cozy comfort zone – because there are no miracles happening 😉.
