What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing I love about my job is to create an authentic worldview, give life and personality to the characters.

What is my idea of happiness? My idea of happiness is to reach a certain goal in life, to do something that I love the most.

What is my greatest fear? Losing someone important in my life.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? My stubbornness, definitely!

Ilaria Zanellato, Giulia Spagnulo, Giulia Pintus and Garson Ellis.

What is my greatest extravagance? My biggest extravagance is to make a career out of a passion.

On what occasion would I lie? I usually lie to save myself from some danger

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? When it happens to have blocks of creativity.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When I was selected for an exhibition called “Music to watch” with Arthink Edition in 2017, for me was a great experience.

If I could, what would I change about myself? To be honest I would never change anything about myself. I’m fine as I am.

What is my greatest achievement in work? I think that the real success in my work has not yet reached for real, there is still a long way to go and I want to pursue it with ambition and determination but for now my greatest achievement is having taught something important through my illustrations.

Where would I most like to live? I love living by the sea, for the sense of peace that sunsets convey.

What is my most treasured possession? My most precious possession is love, to me it has immense value.

What is my most marked characteristic? My most marked characteristic is my way of drawing what surrounding me

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The place that inspires me the most in my city is near the sea.

What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? I have no preferences, most of the places I ate and drank are really good.

What books influenced my life and how? One of the books that influenced me, is called “the shadow of the wind” by Carlos Ruiz Zafón because he taught me a lot to believe in it even when it seems impossible. He does not back down even when he sees that his efforts at that moment are not bearing the hoped-for results.

What music would I listen on my last day? I usually listen to 60’s, 70s and 80s music a lot, the other day I listened to Amy Steward’s song “knock on wood”.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I think Mary Poppins.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My dad.

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? The film that I can recommend is “Dead Poets Society” because it is very motivational, especially for students to search the power of will.

What role play stories in my life and work? The stories that I illustrate in my work play an important role, that is to teach something good to children and adults. They have the task of conveying educational messages in society.

What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me? These words tell me that it is I myself who choose my path and how to follow it. Remembering that there is no going back and being aware that in any case there may be obstacles to face. It also means that our story could be a source of inspiration for others.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? It’s a secret.

Which people or companies would I like to work with in 2021? I really dream of collaborating with Corriere della sera, De Agostini, Walt disney studios or Sony pictures.

Which people in my profession who can make a real difference in my creative career would i love to meet in 2021? I would love to meet Fatinha Ramos, Beatrice Blue, Victoria Semykina

What project, in 2021, am I looking forward to work on? I’m thinking of working one of my dreams: making a comic.

Where can you see me or my work in 2021? In 2021 I dream of seeing myself collaborating with an important and famous publishing house.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? For me it means that if you have a passion, it must be valued and deepened, never abandoned, even in spite of the obstacles that life poses, you must never give up, but believe in it a lot.
