What is the best thing that I love about my work? What I love the most about my work is the fact that I can focus on something different every single day: there is no permanent project and you have basically no time to get too used to something. You always get a chance to experiment. It could be you have to design a logo or make a video for two completely different clients, which makes the experience its own thing each time.
What is my idea of happiness? Happiness equals balance to me. In latin they would have called it “aurea mediocritas”: the basic principle of the golden mean, laid down by Aristotle 2,500 years ago, is moderation, or striving for a balance between extremes. Which is actually pretty difficult to achieve, I’m not gonna lie.
What is my greatest fear? Being an over-thinker I’m always scared because even the easiest choices become huge deals. But, if I have to be honest, my greatest fear would be me (but mostly) the people I love not being healthy.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? One thing I really don’t like about myself would be my moodiness. I feel passionate about many topics and get really easily upset about as many.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I personally love Chris Do’s work and what he has done over the years being so open and helpful toward everyone who wants to join in the world of creativity.
What is my greatest extravagance? I would say my weird sense of humor: sarcasm is the way for me. Not everybody’s cup of tea but it gets me going.
On what occasion would I lie? I would lie if me being truthful wouldn’t add anything to the situation and, on the other hand, would probably hurt the other person: in that case I would love a white lie.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The fact that clients don’t always know how to express what they want and aren’t always open to accept that asking for an expert opinion sometimes means hearing back a: “That wouldn’t make sense” or “That would’t be possible”.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Is it weird that I’m always the happiest when I’m done, looking back? I can’t really appreciate things while I’m working because I’m always so focused and thriving that I end up thinking: “Wow, that was good” once it’s all done.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I would be done with the overthinking and worrying about consequences 24/7.
What is my greatest achievement in work? Realizing I’ve learned something new each time I’m done with a project.
Where would I most like to live? Somewhere green and quiet in the middle of nature where I could try and be as relaxed as possible (but with a good internet connection).
What is my most treasured possession? My trusted Mac, for sure. I wouldn’t be able to work without it. If I had to be more sentimental I would say my “memory box” which is a shoe box filled with memories/objects from when I was younger.
What is my most marked characteristic? My glasses, I guess.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? I actually live in such a small country village there are no such thing as locations but I quite love the fields (especially when it’s summer and wheat it’s all high and gold) and the fog rising up during the day.
What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? Again, there are no restaurants where I live but the closest one (and the one that I love the most) would be a Chinese Restaurant I have been going to for the past 10 years.
What books influenced my life and how? When I was younger I hated reading with a passion. Then, I don’t remember how and why, it just clicked and I now read at least one book a week. My favourite book ever would be between Wuthering Heights or Frankenstein.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Anything Queen.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Mr. Heathcliff, controversial I know.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My mum and dad, that would be a given and every men and women who have the courage to live their life the way they want.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Just Mercy, 2019
What role play stories in my life and work? We, as humans, can’t live without stories. Storytelling is basically what we live through for me.
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me? It means, in the end, you have the power to shape up your future. You can be the author of your own story: it doesn’t mean it will be easy or painless and that it won’t be scary.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? My family for sure and a couple of close friends who remind my of my own worth when I’m struggling.
Which people or companies would I like to work with in 2021? Can I dream big? If the answer is yes I would go with Vow Media, Netflix and Huffington Post. Spaghetti Politics, Oxygen and Artibune too.
Which people in my profession who can make a real difference in my creative career would i love to meet in 2021? Emanuele Colombo and Caresse Haaser are like my two motion design super heroes!
What project, in 2021, am I looking forward to work on? Anything coming my way: I’m here if you want to collaborate.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? That when you find your true passion you can really pull through with it no matter what, it won’t be just a passing thing and it will follow you through your life journey.
