The Heroine’s Journey of Bahaar Anand (Bahaartistry)

What is the best thing that I love about my work?

I love the creative freedom that painting gives me. Every blank canvas is an opportunity to bring emotions, stories, and beauty to life, and that process is deeply fulfilling. The best part of my work is knowing that my paintings become a meaningful part of someone’s home or space. Seeing how art transforms a room and connects with people emotionally is incredibly rewarding. My work also allows me to constantly grow as an artist and share my vision with the world. Knowing that my passion for painting is also my career is a privilege I never take for granted.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?

The thing I dislike most about my work is the occasional frustration of not being able to bring my vision to life exactly as I imagined. Finding clients and navigating the business side can be challenging at times, but I know it’s all part of the journey.

My favorite place to eat and drink is pretty much wherever I can kick back in the comfort of my own home. But hey, I’ll enjoy anywhere, as long as I’m not expected to get excited about the menu!

What books influenced my life and how?

As much as I’d love to impress you with a list of life-changing books, I’m going to be honest, I’m more into living life than reading about it. So no, no book has really influenced me, I don’t even read a lot of books.. But hey, I can offer you plenty of wisdom from YouTube documentaries and life experiences

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day?

I’d love to give you a solid answer, but honestly, I have so many favorite songs, it’s impossible to pick just one. I’d much rather spend my last day having loving conversations with the people I care about, because, really, that’s the best kind of music.

I’m a kid at heart, so I’d have to go with pretty much any Disney character. Whether it’s the bravery of Simba, the heart of Belle, or the adventures of Aladdin, Disney heroes are the ones who really get me

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime?

There are so many amazing movies that it’s hard to pick just one! It could be something uplifting like The Pursuit of Happyness, a classic like Forrest Gump, or even something intense like Schindler’s List. Honestly, I’d just recommend watching anything that moves you and stays with you long after the credits roll

To me, ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ means that I have the power to shape my own journey. Life will have its ups and downs, but it’s up to me how I handle them and what story I create. It’s a reminder that I’m in control of my choices and how I want my life to be.
