What is the best thing that I love about my work? I am an interior designer, a cultural manager, and a tourist host, in that exact order. At the heart of my work is a common denominator: people. I thrive on collaborating with individuals and communities, designing aesthetic and functional spaces that enhance family living. I gain inspiration from artists and embrace the creative process, always seeking innovative solutions that cater to the unique sectors of our city. By integrating art and culture into the community, I not only highlight its distinctive features but also strengthen its identity. My goal is to showcase this unique paradise to the world, benefiting both the local community and the tourism sector.
What is my idea of happiness? Countless times, I’ve asked myself what happiness truly means to me. It wasn’t until I stumbled upon the profound words of Isaac Asimov that I felt I had found a perspective to hold onto: Maybe happiness is this – not feeling like you should be elsewhere, doing something else, being someone else. In a world that often pushes us to seek more—more success, more possessions, more adventures—Asimov’s words remind me that contentment can be found in appreciating the current moment and the life I lead. Happiness, it seems, is about finding peace within oneself, rather than looking externally for validation or fulfillment. It encourages me to cherish my journey and the choices I’ve made, reinforcing the idea that true happiness is not about external accomplishments but about harmony and selfacceptance.

What is my greatest fear? I think the thought of reaching the end of our lives and feeling unfulfilled is something many of us share. It’s not just about the number of years we have, but the richness and vibrancy of those experiences that truly matter. It’s common to find ourselves in situations where we feel we should be living a certain way—doing what’s expected of us—yet we yearn for something different, something that speaks to our true selves. The weight of unfulfilled dreams and the haunting “what ifs” can be heavy. Embracing life means taking the steps to pursue our passions, even if they defy others’ expectations. It’s a journey of self-discovery and courage. Let us aim to eliminate regrets by choosing to act on our desires and dreams, ensuring that when we look back, we can do so with a sense of fulfillment rather than longing.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I put a lot of pressure on myself, and I am my own harshest critic. I am aware of how my allor-nothing mentality affects me. Something I need to learn is to be kinder to myself and remember that it’s okay to take breaks and give myself the grace to rest when I need it.
Which living persons in my profession do I most admire? I learn something new every day from my colleagues, artists, clients, and the audience. Each comment during an exhibit or even a LinkedIn post serves as a valuable lesson that I embrace. I have unforgettable memories from engaging exchanges with exceptional colleagues at both national and international conferences. The “Trànsit Projectes” team from Spain has been a significant source of mentorship and inspiration for me. I’ve long admired their work and was fortunate enough to participate in a formation program with them during the pandemic, which was a truly transformative experience. Recently, I attended a conference led by their director, Ángel Mestres, which provided the perfect closure to my professional year. The Teatro Colón team in Buenos Aires is doing remarkable work; the theater itself is nothing short of spectacular, and every aspect operates seamlessly.
What is my greatest extravagance? As someone who identifies as an extremely shy and introverted woman, I often blend into the background, savoring the peace that comes with remaining unnoticed. However, my profession demands that I step out of my comfort zone, engaging with others and navigating a bustling world filled with new connections. To bridge this gap between my timid self and the confident demeanor required in my work, I’ve created an alter ego named Luna. Channeling Luna allows me to tap into the fierce spirit of the wolf, my spiritual animal. With Luna, I transform into a powerful and self-assured woman—strong, determined, and intelligent. It’s fascinating how embodying this persona empowers me to navigate challenges and seize opportunities that I might otherwise shy away from. This journey of self-discovery continues to inspire me, as I learn to balance my quiet nature with the bold warrior within.
On what occasion would I lie? In time, the truth tends to reveal itself, and it can often be more impactful than a lie, regardless of how challenging it may be. Effective communication is essential in these situations. Rather than resorting to deception in an effort to protect someone’s feelings, it may be more beneficial to sit down together and thoughtfully address the matter with care and understanding.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? We all encounter challenges in our work, and while some professions have these as part of their routine, the realms of art and culture come with their own unique hurdles. I find that navigating government obstacles, dealing with bureaucracies, obtaining special permits, and managing last-minute surprises before significant presentations can be particularly complex. However, I remind myself that these stressful moments will ultimately transform into amusing stories for my colleagues and friends. It’s all part of the journey.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? Having a creative career is an exhilarating journey where each day unfolds uniquely, infused with dynamism and change. I thrive on the opportunity to connect with new people daily, learning and drawing inspiration from their perspectives, which fuels my growth. Witnessing the audience fully engaged and relishing an exhibit brings an unparalleled sense of fulfillment. It’s equally rewarding to see my artists basking in the joy and pride of their work. The heartfelt emails and delightful messages from my incredible community are truly heartwarming; it’s a feeling like no other, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I tend to be overly self-critical, which I understand stems from a difficult past marked by neglect and both physical and psychological abuse. I was exposed to violence before I even knew who I was. Both home and school felt like hell. Growing up was particularly challenging because everyone around me believed I would end up as a complete mess simply because my parents were divorced, including my classmates, their parents, and my teachers. Many times, I wondered if it would be possible to erase those painful memories of sorrow and despair, but I now realize they are part of my story and contribute to who I am today. This is the first time I am openly discussing my past, and it is not to portray myself as a victim, but rather to be a source of hope for the women and children who are experiencing similar struggles. Believe me, it is possible to defy and change your destiny.
What is my greatest achievement in work? I find it challenging to pinpoint a specific major achievement at work because I always strive for improvement. I believe there’s always room for enhancement, and as I reflect on my experiences, I’m constantly taking notes and thinking of ways to do even better next time. This mindset keeps me motivated and focused on growth, ensuring that I can continuously elevate my performance.
Where would I most like to live? I have always been captivated by the richness of foreign cultures, and my heart is open to the possibilities that relocating brings. For years, I dreamed of embracing the breathtaking beauty of Patagonia, yearning for a life steeped in stunning landscapes. However, my perspective has evolved. I’ve come to realize that the true essence of adventure lies not just in picturesque views, but in finding a safe, nurturing environment where I can thrive and express my authentic self without fear of judgment. It’s about cultivating a space where growth is encouraged and love is abundant, allowing me to embark on a journey of selfdiscovery and boundless exploration.
What is my most treasured possession? The love, friendship, and respect of my loved ones and colleagues. I also cherish a beautiful compliment I received from a little girl during a library activity many years ago: “When I grow up, I want to be like you.” As for physical items, I’ll share a little secret: I’ve been keeping a treasure box for years. Inside, I have cinema tickets, old photos, a handmade porcelain flower bouquet that a friend created for her birthday cake and shared with her female tribe, seashells that my fisherman grandpa gave me from each trip he took, and drawings that my younger brothers made when they were kids. I also have a Sailor Moon doll I received as a gift when I was five, along with handwritten notes from my grandparents, greeting postcards, and letters. No matter where life takes me, my treasure box will always accompany me.
What is my most marked characteristic? I am considered creative, restless, and a good listener by the people around me. Personally, I feel that I am perceived as a very serious woman, but the truth is I’m quite shy. Even though, there’s an undeniable intensity and passion that fuels everything I do. I believe that this passion is my most defining trait; it drives me to pour my heart and soul into every
endeavor. It’s unbelievable how that fervor can shine through, no matter how quiet I may seem on the surface. Also, when I am in good company and feel trusted, I love to make people laugh and help them feel comfortable and free to be themselves—fearless and without judgment.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? Inspiration is truly everywhere if we just take a moment to immerse ourselves in the world around keeping our hearts and minds open to the beauty that surrounds us. Sitting at the bus station, you can witness the heartwarming embrace of friends and family — those joyful hellos and bittersweet goodbyes that tell stories without words. If you look up, you’ll be greeted by sunsets painted in shades of fiery orange and passionate red, casting a magical glow over the tranquil lagoon. Roam through the lush, green Pampas fields or stroll down the main avenue where vibrant pink and lilac flowering trees release their enchanting fragrances into the air. During the fall, the cobblestone streets come alive with hues of gold and crimson, and the air is sweetened by the enticing aroma of candied almonds wafting through downtown on a lively Saturday evening, where laughter and chatter fill the air. Finally, as night falls, look up to marvel at the silent dance of countless stars, each one a unique and luminous gem in the vast, dark expanse.
What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? Life has taught me that it’s not about the places you visit, but rather the people who share those special moments with you. I cherish beautiful memories like sipping coffee and dreaming big with my close friend in our favorite café, enjoying a serene tea evening next to the art museum, and celebrating the end of the year with pizza nights. I also treasure the joyful moments like indulging in creamy ice cream with my grandma and having a solo coffee while catching up on emails and connecting with friends during work breaks. To me, it’s clear: the value lies not in luxury locations, but in the quality of companionship and the joy it brings to the heart. As an individual with Italian, Spanish, and Argentine heritage, I take great pride in my love for food, whether it’s eating or cooking. My kitchen is undeniably one of my favorite spaces, where I create fusion meals that beautifully combine all the cultures that shape me. It’s not just cooking; it’s a delicious journey that I absolutely adore!
What books influenced my life and how? As a passionate book lover, I’ve curated a substantial collection that has profoundly influenced my life through unforgettable characters and impactful quotes. I cannot recommend ‘Women Who Run with Wolves’ enough; it’s a transformative read that masterfully weaves biological insights with stories spanning generations and cultures. To spark my creativity, the works of Julia Cameron and Rosa Montero are a must. In the realm of fiction, ‘The Beggar Maid’ by Alice Munro resonated with me deeply, capturing aspects of my own life in a way that was both challenging and inspiring. More recently, I’ve explored the romance genre, where Vanessa Montfort’s captivating characters stand out. I have also found the stories of Ángeles Mastretta and Gioconda Belli to be exquisite, much like the surreal realms created by Murakami, Borges, and Julio Cortázar. My latest read was ‘El silencio’ by the Spanish author Gaspar Hernández, a striking narrative that compels us to ponder our capabilities in extreme situations.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? I imagine starting my day wrapped in the enchanting melodies that have painted the soundtrack of my life. From the very first note of Andrea Bocelli’s passionate voice, which first captivated my heart as a six-year-old girl, to the electrifying anthems of Queen that still echo the joy of road trips with my dad. As the day unfolds, I can hear the sweet strains of Argentinian folklore, transporting me back to those sun-soaked summer afternoons spent with my beloved grandparents. Then, there’s the sultry rhythm of a tango mix by Piazzolla. Interspersed throughout are the special songs gifted to me, each one a reminder of cherished connections and unforgettable moments. Finally, I would let the haunting beauty of ‘El dolor de la bellesa’ by Roger Mas wash over me, a Catalan song that perfectly encapsulates the bittersweet nature of life and love. With this soundtrack, every moment becomes a vivid tapestry of emotions—a beautiful harmony of nostalgia, love, and the joy of living.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Drawing has always been a source of joy for me, especially in my childhood. The vibrant world of anime captured my imagination, particularly the character of Renee from Mew Mew Power, a model intertwined with a gray wolf. The enchanting characters and stories from Studio Ghibli continue to resonate with me, transporting me to magical realms. Belle, the spirited book-loving Disney princess, has always been my favorite; her rebellious nature and love for stories mirror my own passions. In every book I dive into, I find characters to connect with, each offering a unique perspective and inspiration. Additionally, the glamour and intrigue of Old Hollywood, embodied by icons like Audrey Hepburn, Greta Garbo, and Marilyn Monroe, fuel my fascination with elegance and allure. It’s amazing how reflecting on our past helps us understand our behaviors and choices.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My admiration is deeply rooted in the individuals who advocate for others, displaying remarkable courage in the process. These are the people who protect and save lives, often at great personal risk. I have profound respect for those who persevere against all odds, demonstrating resilience in the face of significant challenges and loss. They embody the spirit of determination and stand firmly for their principles and values. Moreover, I hold in high regard those who embrace ambitious aspirations and actively pursue their dreams. Their willingness to step beyond the boundaries of comfort and venture into the unknown reflects a true spirit of adventure and inspiration. These individuals contribute meaningfully to the fabric of society and encourage us all to strive for greatness.
Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime? As a passionate film lover, I find it impossible to choose just one favorite! “The Motorcycle Diaries” is a powerful exploration of self-discovery through South America, showcasing the journey of a young man and his close friend as they uncover the essence of a legendary leader. “The Count of Monte Cristo,” both in its book and film forms, is an essential masterpiece that imparts invaluable life lessons. Lastly, “Roman Holiday” is a delightful blend of romance, fashion, and elegance, showcasing a glamorous way to defy conventions.
What role play stories in my life and work? Stories have always been an essential part of my life. They served as a refuge during my childhood, providing me with solace and adventure when I needed it most. Even now, reading continues to be my favorite pastime, and I make it a point to keep a book on my nightstand. It has become a cherished ritual for me to dive into these worlds of fantasy and reality before drifting off to sleep, allowing the stories to weave themselves into my dreams. In my professional life, I channel this passion for storytelling into my work as a designer of art exhibits. Crafting an engaging exhibit requires an astute eye—not only to create visually stunning pieces but also to convey a narrative through color, texture, and arrangement. Each installation is an opportunity to tell a story without uttering a single word; the interplay between different elements can evoke emotions and thoughts in viewers. Similarly, my approach to interior design is steeped in the belief that every space ought to tell its own story. I strive to incorporate unique, personal touches into my decor, whether through cherished family heirlooms or antique treasures that reflect the character of the home. These pieces, intertwined with personal history, serve to create an atmosphere that feels warm, inviting, and distinctly individual. Traveling has also reinforced my understanding of the power of storytelling. Every destination is steeped in culture and history, revealing a tapestry of stories that define its identity. As a tourist host, I see it as my responsibility to uncover and share these narratives, bringing to light the unique aspects of each locale. By embracing the stories of places and people, we can foster a deeper connection to the art, architecture, and traditions that shape our world.
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ mean to me? Words have a profound ability to either elevate our spirits or bring about destruction. The manner in which we communicate with ourselves plays a vital role in shaping our mindset and self-perception. Understanding that we hold the pen to our own narratives instills a sense of empowerment and control over our lives. Although we may encounter unexpected twists and turns along our journey, we are ultimately the captains steering our own ships. It is within our power to decide how we respond to the events and challenges that life presents to us, shaping our paths forward.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? I am incredibly fortunate to have a strong network of supporters! My relatives and an amazing group of friends are always there to cheer me on and encourage me to chase my most ambitious and innovative ideas. I also have a wonderful LinkedIn wolf pack, where members have become great friends from all corners of the globe. Their support and encouragement fuel my passion and drive.
Which people or companies would I like to work with? I would like to join a community of fellow creatives who inspire and support one another, where I can share my passion, let my imagination soar and watch as my ideas come to life through art, writing, or innovative projects: UNESCO, Van Gogh Museum, Jardín El Capricho (Alameda de Osuna, Madrid) Trànsit Projectes, Cultura Inquieta, Arteinformado, Diderot Art (Argentina), Penguin Random House, Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral (Chile), Colonia del Sacramento (Uruguay).
What project am I looking forward to working on? I am eager to take on exciting new projects that allow me to showcase my creativity. My top interests include branding for tourism sites and museums, writing, art management, art dealing, curating exhibitions, serving as a gallery assistant, designing book covers and art publications, conducting research, and developing impactful marketing strategies. I am also skilled in designing programs and activities for museums and conducting heritage assessments. Furthermore, I am enthusiastic about exploring new avenues, specifically in flower bouquet design and perfume creation. I am confident that my diverse skill set and passion for the arts will lead to remarkable opportunities ahead.
Where can you see me or my work? You can meet me and my amazing artists in my LinkedIn profile. We will be happy to welcome you to the wolf pack!
What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? These three words reflect my philosophy towards life and work. They also resonate with the words of iconic Sophia Loren: “That’s terrible, the word retire. Never. Start always like it was the beginning of a long career.” I am often accused of being overly passionate, and people caution me that not everything holds equal significance, but I’m eager and pour my passion and intensity into everything I do. I simply can’t help it, it’s my nature. I invest my whole heart and soul into each endeavor. I firmly believe that problems arise when we abandon our dreams and passions. The lack of desire leads to depression, that’s why it’s essential to keep the sparkle alive in every aspect of life. A genuine engagement in our passions is the antidote to life’s challenges. Life is too precious to see it as anything less than a beautiful journey filled with opportunities for growth and creativity.
Which creative heroines should Peter invite to tell their story? I am privileged to know hundreds of extraordinary women from which I learn and get inspired every day on LinkedIn, it’s impossible to mention all of them, but I trust they’ll find a way to participate through the ones I mention next: Karen Jordan, Farrah Schwab, Michelle Bodenhorn, Chloe Douglas, Violeta Tkachenko, Clara Breuil, Lauren Harris, Saule Kilaite, Alicja Ringeloth, and Jasmina Isailovic.
