What is the best thing that I love about my work? I love all aspects of my work: theatre and film, creating new worlds, interacting with children and their innocent creativity, and above all, being inspired every day by all of this, allowing me to create.
What is my idea of happiness? Happiness for me is calmness. When I feel peaceful, I am truly happy.
What is my greatest fear? My greatest fear, beyond the obvious fear of losing my loved ones, is never fulfilling my dreams and desires despite the daily effort I put in.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I often doubt myself and I am overly anxious, which challenges me every day.
Which living persons in my profession do I most admire? I admire Vivienne Westwood for her visionary creativity, ethical stance, and dedication to fashion that goes beyond mere clothing.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? In theatre and film, as a set and costume designer, I dislike the pressure and insecurity that the professional environment can bring. In education, as a fashion and art teacher, I dislike that many people underestimate artistic subjects, considering them secondary, while in reality they support a child’s development.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? I feel true happiness during a premiere or a final event where children present the work of the whole year. In both cases, I feel proud and that my efforts have paid off.
What is my greatest achievement in work? I will always remember my first job, either in theatre, film, or education, because it proved to myself that I succeeded.
Where would I most like to live? I live in Thessaloniki, a large city that combines the calm, intimacy, and warmth of a smaller town. I am very happy to live, work, and have grown up here..
What is my most treasured possession? I have many objects of great emotional value, but I would highlight my childhood diary, written by my mother when I was six. It contains all my memories of my father.

What is my most marked characteristic? I think my sense of humor and my energy.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city?I would choose a park in my neighborhood, where there is a secluded bench among the trees—the “thinking bench.” Most of my important life decisions were made there.
What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? I don’t have a particular favorite place.
What books influenced my life and how? Peppi Rigopoulou’s The Narcissus: Tracing the Image and the Myth inspired my diploma thesis on the “Representation of the Myth of Narcissus.” Also, Dostoevsky’s Underground influenced me deeply in understanding human psychology and the complexities of life.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Without a second thought, my favorite artist Vasilis Papakonstantinou. I feel that I have associated every major moment in my life with one of his songs.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Alice (from Alice in Wonderland).
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My heroes in real life are my loved ones. They may not be famous, but they inspire me every day with their courage, kindness, and determination to find their place in today’s society. Their quiet heroism reminds me that greatness often lies in simple, everyday acts of perseverance and compassion.
Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime? Two of my favorite genres are deeply meaningful and emotional films like Life is Beautiful and thrillers like Pearl, which I love for their aesthetic qualities.
What role play stories in my life and work? Every day is a new personal story, carrying the romance of theatre, the realism of film, and the love of children everywhere with me.
What do the words “You are the storyteller of your own life” mean to me? Our lives are full of choices. Each person chooses their path every day. The person you are today is the sum of many versions of yourself.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? I have three people in my life who are always there in all the major moments. They share many experiences with me and give me strength every day.
Which people or companies would I like to work with? I would love to collaborate with several organizations and creative professionals who inspire me and whose work I deeply respect. These include esteemed institutions such as the National Theatre of Greece, the Onassis Foundation – Stegi, the Athens & Epidaurus Festival, and the Northern Greece State Theatre (KΘBE). I am also inspired by theatre directors and actors like Giannis Kakleas, Dimitris Karantzas, Argyri Chioni, Giannis Bezos,

and in film, Yorgos Lanthimos and Eva Nathena. All of these individuals and organizations
stand out for their artistic vision, professionalism, and contribution to theatre and cinema in
Greece.
What project am I looking forward to work on? I have many interesting projects planned for the next season, but looking further ahead, I would like to further integrate theatre with arts education.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? My passion is art—it drives me to create and is my natural way of expression. It cannot fade or disappear because it is not just a profession; it is a way of life.

Young Greek artists, such as theatre directors, designers, and independent filmmakers experimenting with new narratives, can offer inspiring insights.
