What is the best thing that I love about my work ?

I’m at the first violins at the Albanian National Symphonic Orchestra of Radio Television working there with a career of 15 years now. The best thing that I love about my job is that it never gets monotonous. Being on stage every week or even more makes it my dream job. Having the possibility to collaborate with amazing conductors and soloists from all over the world gives me an immense joy and exchanging our musical experiences contribute to my profesional growth. All of this makes my work so special and unique. 

What is my idea of happiness?

Happiness is first of all to have good health for yourself and your loved ones, to love your job, to surround yourself with people who give you positive energy and the most important is to be grateful for all you have.

What is my greatest fear ?

With a pure heart and always sincere intentions I don’t have any specific fear. 

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

In general I’ m a person who loves peoples and I don’t like that someone before knowing me say – oh you have looked to me a presumptuous person and I didn’t expect that you were a solar and empathic person 🙂 .

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my profession ? 

It is how fragile and delicate our profession is. For example you have to be on your top form every time you go on stage, you have to be totally healthy and always practiced , no headache, no influence, no shoulder pain , no a stressful period because everything affects your performance. One of my professors have a saying where he compares the profession of a musician as If you take a handful of water in your hand and try to carry it somewhere, but in the meantime it has slipped on the road. So it means that it very difficult not only to become a musician but also to keep being one musician. 

When and where was I the happiest in my work ?

I was the happiest in my work when I won the audition to enter at my Symphonic Orchestra. 

If I could, what would I change about myself ?

It is not something specific that I want to change about myself. I’m comfortable with myself and just love myself as I’m.

What is my greatest achievement in my work?

To perform as a soloist with my orchestra and aslo to have the possibility to perfrom concerts in the world with great artists. 

Where would I most like to live ?

Im happy at the state I currently live which is Albania because I have my family and my work place there.  But if I would like to change I would prefer to live in Vienna.

What is my most treasured possessions ?

Myself and my family. 

What is my most marked characteristic? 

My most marked characteristic is being a responsible person that lead to any other good characteristics like being honest, true and serious. 

What is my most inspirational location, in my city ?

Of course my most inspirational location in my city are the stages where I perform concerts. 

What is my favorite place to eat and drink , in my city ?

There are some places like Salt, Grand Panevino, Yamato, Colonial, Triole D rooftop etc. 

What books influenced my life and how ?

Anna Karenina – Leo Tolstoy

The Adventures of Don Quixote –  Miguel de Cervantes

Les Misérables – Viktor Hugo 

Romeo and Juliet – William Shakespeare 

All of this books and others influenced my life to understand better all the human phenomena I have encountered in my life.

You only die once. What music would I listen on my last day ?

I would prefer the beautiful music of Johann Strauss ll with all his amazing waltz to dance all day long. 

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction?

My heroine since I was a child was Cinderella , I loved her character for her pure and kind heart , her honesty, for being a hard working person and moral of all this was that in the end the good wins towards the bad.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life ?

My heroines and heroes are my mother and father. They have made all the efforts, sacrifices and put all their love to rise me in the best way possible. I’m very grateful to them for all they have done for me and I’m who I’m now today It is their merit. I love and admire them so much.

What role play stories in my life and work ? 

Stories when are good ones play an important role in my life and work inspiring and motivating me to give and to do my best and when are bad ones they teach me how I shouldn’t act and what I shouldn’t do. Contributing in me professional and personal growth.

What do the words “ You are the storyteller of your own life “ to me ? 

“ You are the storyteller of your own life “ it means to me that most of the actions we take or don’t take affect the determination of our fates in life. For this reason, it takes a lot of work, courage, good will, perseverance and prudence to create a storyteller of your own life that you can be proud of. 

Who is my greatest fan , sponsor , partner in crime ? 

All of this are my two parents. They are my greatest fan , sponsor, partners in crime and also my biggest criticizers that see every details in me and want that I progress day by day in professional and personal side.

– What project am I looking forward to work on? 

The project that I have now soon is the international competition where I’m invited to judicate and also my monthly concerts agenda with my orchestra.

What do the words “ Passion Never Retires “ mean to me ? 

“ Passion Never Retires “ mean to me that when you love what you do so much it doesn’t matter if you get retired or not , you continue to work because it fulfills your soul and heart. 

And especially in art and music is needed to have a lot of passion and love for your profession not only to start it but most important to keep going on and to fight with the struggles of everyday life to have a successful career.
