Program Schedule

Kick off:

We will kick off the program together via Teams. In this session you’ll meet your fellow participants and hear more about the journey ahead. We’ll start exploring possible learning goals, and we’ll cover how you can best prepare for module 1.

Module 1:

In this first module, we’ll dive deep into how adults learn and transform with the Heroine’s Journey model. You will learn how to create a hunger for learning when you tell stories and facilitate, discover profound insights into the impact of your storytelling on a group, and how to influence it so that the group’s relationship with you can become a vehicle for learning.

Coaching circle 1:

Online coaching circles offer a wonderful opportunity to practice your storytelling skills, tackle storytelling challenges, and benefit from the shared stories of your peers.

Module 2:

During the second module, we will explore the skill of helping others gain insight in their stories with the power of archetypes. You will also practice running debriefs from which everybody learns and spend time uncovering hidden stories: How do invisible story dynamics come into play when you meet a group, and what do you do when you’re met with resistance?

Coaching circles 2 and 3:

Online coaching circles offer a wonderful opportunity to practice your storytelling skills, tackle storytelling challenges, and benefit from the shared stories of your peers.
