What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing about working as an illustrator is the freedom because I can work on feelings, concepts and ideas that are interesting to me and then communicate them through the images. Also I like it because I can learn new things! The research is very important thing in my work.
What is my idea of happiness? Spending time with the people I love, enjoying nature and illustration.
What is my greatest fear? Losing the ability to see or think clearly.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Sometimes I go too far around things.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? Illustrator Beatrice Alemagna, I love her!
What is my greatest extravagance? I’m very tidy, and sometimes this is a problem.
On what occasion would I lie? When someone I love could be hurt.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The economic instability, for 6 years I’ve dedicated myself exclusively to illustration but I’m still not use to it!
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When I receive in my mailbox my last book that I have worked on. It’s wonderful!
If I could, what would I change about myself? At this moment I’m happy with who I am. I’m trying to be less demanding and critical of myself and my work. I have to take a break from time to time!
What is my greatest achievement in work? My latest work is about a puzzle from Vic, city where I was born, for Londji toys. I’m very happy with the result! In general, I’m happy with my professional career, illustration is a very difficult sector and I’m proud to be able to live from it!
Where would I most like to live? I would like to live in Australia. Because of the good weather, quality of life, multiculturalism, respect for nature, etc.
What is my most treasured possession? My experiences. Thanks to the sum of all my experiences and emotions, I am who I am today. I think it’s the most valuable thing I have!
What is my most marked characteristic? I’m really sensitive, stubborn and hard-working. I think in equal parts!
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? What inspires me the most is the nature around the city. I love to walk outdoors and enjoy it!
What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? My perfect plan is to eat and drink at home or at my friends’ house. I love homemade food and drinks, like good wine!
What books influenced my life and how? The stories I read as a child by Roser Capdevila, Pilarin Bayés, Roald Dahl, Beatrix Potter.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Follow the sun, Xavier Rudd. I could be listening to this song all day!
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Uma Thurman, Kill Bill’s.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My grandmother, she died years ago but for me she’ll always be a reference.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Captain fantastic by Matt Ross.
What role plays art in my life and work? It’s difficult for me to separate art, work and life. Art is my life and my work. Art has given me many good things and I am who I am thanks to him. I’ve traveled, met new cultures, different people, etc. All thanks to art.
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me? I could not agree more. I think it’s very important to spend time for yourself, connect and make decisions to follow the desired life.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? My passion for art and illustration will never stop. I can’t visualize my life without art. Since a few years ago illustration has been my job and I still love it. I’m very lucky!

Should I choose 1:1 coaching?
Our The Heroine’s Journey experiences in world cities allow you to learn not only from the coach but also from your peers. For the small group coaching (1 – 4 people), we have selected important, relevant topics that we find regularly come up for creative professional: purpose, storytelling, creative confidence, self promotion, time & money and resilience.
If you would prefer to work alone or on a different topic, individual coaching is a better fit for you.

Where will the coaching sessions take place?
Sessions will take place online (as per the times we live in) via an online tool like Zoom or Skype. Peter will let you know.
