What is the best thing that I love about my work?

I love to help people to discover their passions!

Sometimes, teachers come to us with little teaching experience, and mostly want a steady job to pay their rent.

But often enough, they change through this process and become passionate advocates for music & arts education.

Likewise, students who begin  their journey with us, often see practicing as a chore, but then realize what it is all about, become engaged, and ultimately, blossom

What is my idea of happiness?

Helping others make me very happy!

The secret of living is giving

It took me a long time to understand this principle

What is my greatest fear?

No fear

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

I don’t have any regrets

Life is a lesson

Everything good and bad co-exists together

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?

I admire all great leaders in education who inspire children and youth

What is my greatest extravagance?

Spending time watching movies

Love the cinema

On what occasion would I lie?

When I need to clear the house of junk.

I lie a lot about throwing things away))

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?

None

There are always setbacks on occasion, but then the payoff is far greater

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?

I love attending students’ performances

And feel deeply fulfilled after seeing youngsters shine

If I could, what would I change about myself?

Learn how to cook

What is my greatest achievement in work?

Growing!

I feel this journey has helped tremendously!

I was very naïve and immature when I first started

Where would I most like to live?

Europe probably

South of Spain

But I am happy anywhere there is good whether

What is my most treasured possession?

My daughter

Being persistent

What is my most inspirational location, in my city?

I am not really attached to a specific location

But events and people inspire me: I attend workshops, masterclasses, performances

What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city?

Korea town in midtown, NYC

Love spicy Asian food

What books influenced my life and how?

My most favorite book from childhood is Mumu by Turgenev

I cried my eyes out

Definitely Bach

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction?

In my childhood, I watched Russian cartoons that are truly great

Leaders in my community who don’t have a hidden agenda

What project, am I looking forward to work on?

My projects are ongoing with Anselmo Academy! www.anselmoacademy.org

We connect with local schools & communities in NY & NJ, and organize enrichment-type Music and/or Theater Group class programs.

Our private lessons offerings are also in  ALL Music instruments and Acting lessons.

This school year, 2022/23, we have had great interest in our offerings with over 1800 students.

Very well said!

I wake up every day feeling motivated to do something of value for the students, families and the communities we serve.

My passion is to bring joy and meaningful experiences to all students.

My commitment is also to our fantastic staff of administrators and teachers,- couldn’t do this without them
