What is the best thing that I love about my work?
I will call it pleasure, when I create beautiful music as if from nowhere just out of the soft touch of my fingers. That moment is a brilliant and magic, even the air in the room is becoming bright and shiny, it makes me happy and all the people around me are happy. I like to see the feeling of happiness and joy on peoples faces while I am playing the piano, they smile and they are very sensitive,sometimes I can see tears, and then after my performance the audience is sharing with me all their feelings of the live concert . That is gold for me to see that I am on the right track.
What is my idea of happiness?
The idea of happiness is a choice. Every morning when I wake up I ask myself : Do I want to be happy today ? My answer is always YES. Happiness is to be honest to myself, to do all what I want to do, not to force, to listen to myself, to do everything that stems of my heart. This is a very important key.
What is my greatest fear?
I don’t have time for fear. I have a very high level of discipline in my life. My mind is busy with different things. Fear is a moment of reaction and figment happening in our mind at a particular moment, will never happen in reality.
I focus on myself and analyze situations which could be uncomfortable, but then I think. Do I want to watch in my head a horror movie or a movie about our beautiful planet ?
For sure, I will switch my emotions from feelings of fear to reality and what is really happening now at this moment. What will be, will be, so why waste my time ?
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
I am a creator of my life. If yesterday something wasn’t done perfectly, it means I didn’t give enough time for it. So today I will focus on working on it. It doesn’t matter if it is sport, or practice on the piano, or I haven’t time to read enough today, so I will do that on a higher level. It has been my routine since my childhood, since I was seven. Thanks to my first piano teacher.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?
Sergey Khachatryan, David Fray, Zubin Mehta, Tigran Hamasyan, Denis Matsuev, Narek Hakhnazaryan, Daniel Barenboim, Joshua Bell, Martin Frost, and many many others.
What is my greatest extravagance?
I can pack and travel very easily on the same day, it is a part of my profession.
On what occasion would I lie?
I am trying not to lie. But if it happens the reason is that I don’t want to tell the truth to the person I prefer him to hear the truth from someone else, Also, I can lie not to give extra chocolate to kids.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
My talent is my gift from God I like everything. I am a concert pianist and I enjoy myself.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
The happiest moment was in Dubai in September 2020 , when I had a great solo concert on the biggest artwork in the world already on the Guiness Book of World Records, this was an amazing moment. I was playing the concert and during my solo performance the artist was painting this beautiful artwork. Our collaboration with artist was fantastic, acoustic was brilliant. Me, artist and the audience were flooded by emotions. Energy of vibrations were unbelievable.
If I could, what would I change about myself?
I work on myself every day, so I change myself every single day, to be the best version of myself.
What is my greatest achievement in work?
I have many achievements in my career, but I will mention one that is very interesting for me. 5 years ago I learned to play a pipe organ. This instrument opened a door for me in a different magic world of sound. I had a big honor to play in a Cathedral in Poland during Holy Mess every Sunday with a big choir and many other concerts, that were broadcast on the radio.
Where would I most like to live?
Yerevan as my hometown, Dubai is my second hometown, Monaco, Miami, Los Angeles, Neom – city of the future, I am so excited to travel there as soon as they finish. I like to live in warm countries with high standards of living.
What is my most treasured possession?
Time.
What is my most marked characteristic?
I am optimistic, very focused on work, and I will finish any work I started.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city?
Conservatory, Cascade, Victory Park, Opera and Ballet house, open air cinema, Fountains.
What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city?
7 Visions, In Vino, Sirelis, La Piazza, August.
What books influenced my life and how?
Since my childhood I have loved reading Alexander Dumas. He was so realistic in his books, when I first arrived in Paris, I thought I had known this place already, and I had lived in France before.
The memoirs of Coco Chanel, Maya Plesetskaya. Many many other books. Each book has some small information and message for me, right vision of answers are everywhere
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day?
The Angels choir will sing for me incredible music.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction?
Agent 007
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life?
French Cinematography and Italian Cinematography are top level for me.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime?
Asterix and Obelix “Mission Cleopatra”
What role play stories in my life and work?
Very important. The stories help me explain and describe situations. For example, why should my student play Minuet slower?
I explain 15 -16 century how they dressed up for this special and unique ballroom day : heavy dresses, artificial 3 kg wigs and all extra pounds of accessories on them. 200 guests dance in the ballroom. If my student plays faster or makes a mistake accidentally, he will collapse this beautiful important event.
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me?
It means I have a very interesting life for you.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime?
My friends, they are brilliant.
Which people or companies would I like to work with?
My dream would be to play music and soundtracks, to be a solo pianist and part of an orchestra for movies. for shows on Netflix, Gaumont, StudioChanel, Le film d’Art, Paramount Plus,Walt Disney, DreamWorks,,Sony Pictures, Delux TV, Mezzo, Sony Records. My dream is also to work as an actress with French and Italian Cinematography
What project am I looking forward to work on?
I am open to work with the best and biggest projects in the world, I am open to work with Top Agencies and Top Art Directors
Each new project is very exciting for me. I always put maximum of my energy into it to have the maximum result.
