09 December The Heroine’s Journey in Paris: Discover Your Purpose

Discover Your Purpose With the Heroine’s Journey

In the Footsteps of Coco Chanel

A One-Day Training with Peter de Kuster

Paris | Tuesday, 9 December | Hotel Lutetia

Feeling motivated and fulfilled at work goes beyond meeting targets. It begins with understanding the story you are living — and whether it still serves you.

In this training, you embark on a quest through Paris in the footsteps of Coco Chanel: a woman who refused the story written for her, reinvented herself through courage and imagination, and turned her own vision into a lasting legacy.

This is your invitation to step into the Heroine’s Journey: a path of self-discovery, courage, and transformation.

Follow Coco Chanel’s Story

Coco Chanel’s life was not a straight line to success. She began with loss, limitation, and a world that offered her little room to choose. Yet she transformed those constraints into a distinctive voice, a bold vision, and a new way of seeing — first in fashion, then in culture itself.

Throughout the day, Chanel becomes your guide and mirror. Her story helps you ask:

  • Where did my own story begin?
  • Which limitations have I accepted as facts?
  • What talent or conviction has been waiting for its moment?
  • What would it mean to rewrite the next chapter on my own terms?

Chanel’s journey is not presented as a story of perfection. It is a story of reinvention: of turning setbacks into material, intuition into direction, and personal vision into impact.

Develop a Clear Vision for Your Future

During this day, you will explore your values and the role they play in your working life. You will reflect on where your strengths come to life, what you are moving towards, and what matters to you now.

You will take time to step back and consider whether your work still reflects the story that feels meaningful to you. At the end of the day, you will have more clarity about your motivations, strengths, and the direction you want to move in on your quest.

This is not just about planning — it is about rewriting the narrative.

You will uncover the hidden chapters of your story, recognise the archetypes guiding your choices, and begin to shape a vision that aligns with who you truly are.

In This Training You Will

  • Gain insight into what gives your work meaning and purpose — and discover the story you are meant to tell
  • Learn from Coco Chanel’s Heroine’s Journey: her setbacks, reinventions, creative courage, and uncompromising sense of identity
  • Understand your core values and how they influence the decisions that shape your own journey
  • Formulate a personal vision and set realistic goals for your future, grounded in the narrative that calls to you
  • Discover how to make more intentional decisions that align with your purpose and the quest you are on
  • Explore the talents and strengths that have been waiting to step forward in your story

A Small Group Setting for Deep Reflection

You will work in a small group of 10–15 participants — a setting that invites openness, shared experience, and new perspectives.

You will learn from others who are also reflecting on how to bring more meaning into their working lives, and who, like you, are answering the call of their own Heroine’s Journey.

In this circle, your story is not just heard — it is honoured. Together, you will explore the questions that matter:

  • What story am I living?
  • What story do I want to tell?
  • What would Coco Chanel do in my situation?
  • And what quest am I ready to embark on next?
