What is the best thing that I love about my work?
I founded Musicista ImprenditoreTM (Musician Entrepreneur), a startup dedicated to supporting musicians and professionals in the music industry in transforming their art into a real entrepreneurial project.
My mission is to guide artists in developing an entrepreneurial mindset, helping them build strategies, awareness, and practical tools to make a living from their music — in other words, to become entrepreneurs of their own music.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing an artist change their perspective, believe more in themselves, and start building their own project with a clearer vision.
What I love most about my work is the opportunity to live every day immersed in the world of music and to connect with many creative, talented, and passionate people.
What is my idea of happiness?
My idea of happiness is living a life in harmony with my values and feeling that what I do has a meaningful purpose and self-realization.
Happiness means also finding the time and space for my hobbies and for the most important relationships in my life.

What is my greatest fear?
Of my fears is losing my freedom that to me means having the possibility to choose my own path, create, and build a life that truly feels like mine.
But my greatest fear of mine is losing the important people in my life.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
Sometimes I find difficult to accept about myself is a certain lack of diplomacy when expressing what I think, because in some situations it can be counterproductive.
I am learning to find a balance between my need for authenticity and a more diplomatic way of communicating.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?
I admire artists who have built a strong and authentic identity, staying true to their vision and values. I believe artists have the incredible gift of touching people’s lives, inspiring emotions, and creating an impact that can go far beyond their art. Music has the power to save the world by connecting people, creating empathy, and giving voice to emotions that words alone cannot express.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work
The biggest challenge in my work is helping people understand the true value of my role as a Business Consultant for musicians.
Many people still associate supporting artists only with record labels or A&R managers, but my work has a different purpose: I help artists develop an entrepreneurial mindset and build their own projects with strategy and independence.
The idea of combining art and entrepreneurship is still relatively new.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
I am happy every day to be on the journey of building my startup.
Seeing an idea gradually turn into something real and tangible is one of the greatest rewards of my work.
If I could, what would I change about myself?
The most important transformation for me was learning to accept my past as an essential part of my journey.
What is my greatest achievement in work?
My greatest professional achievement so far has been working to introduce this new approach to entrepreneurship to independent artists, helping them see their careers from a different perspective.
For me, success is defined by the positive impact that this shift in mindset can have on their lives, careers, and future.
Where would I most like to live?
Thanks to my professional experiences and study projects, I have been fortunate to live and work in different countries, including 2 years in the United Arab Emirates and 5 months in Zambia. I have always loved exploring the world and have travelled to more than 50 countries.
Among the many places I could mention the Iguazu Falls in Brazil, where you can truly feel the immense power of nature; or the banks of the Ganges, where I met my best friends, Nina and Rasha, during a yoga course in Rishikesh.
Despite my globetrotter spirit, my home remains Milan, the city where I was born.

Through his travel stories and reflections, he taught me the importance of searching for my own path, staying curious, and looking at the world with an open mind.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day?
On my last day, I would listen to the music of Ludovico Einaudi, the Italian pianist and composer who inspired me to start playing the piano few years ago. I could have never imagined that this passion would lead me to meet my piano teacher, connect with talented composers and renowned pianists at Piano City Milano, and eventually collaborate with them on marketing project. The journey that ultimately contributed to the birth of my own startup.
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction?
My hero in fiction is Harry Potter. I have always been inspired by his ability to face evil, both in the outside world and within himself. What touches me most about his story is that, despite the deep traumas he experiences , losing his parents, growing up without love or protection, and carrying the weight of fear, loneliness, and responsibility , he never allowed pain to turn him into someone bitter or cruel. Instead, he choosed friendship and the courage to fight.

My greatest fans are my mum and my niece Kayla.
My mum is the person who has always believed in me, supported my dreams, and encouraged me to follow my own path.
My niece Kayla is someone I have had the privilege of watching grow from a child into the young woman she is today: someone with a strong personality, determination, and solid values. Even from a young age, she has inspired me with the person she has become, and our bond is one of the most special relationships in my life.
Which people or companies would I like to work with?
I would love the opportunity to work with Ludovico Einaudi, one of the composers and pianists I admire most. He is a great source of inspiration to me, not only from a creative and musical perspective, but also because of the professional journey he has built. He has successfully turned his artistic vision into a globally recognized career while staying true to his unique and authentic style. I would love to learn from his experience, his approach to composition, and his ability to bring his music to audiences across Italy and around the world.
I would also love the opportunity to become part of one of the leading record labels, such as Universal Music Italia, Sony Music Entertainment Italy, or Warner Music Italy. Working with professionals at this level would allow me to grow as an artist, develop new projects, and share my music with an even wider audience.

The project I am most excited to build is a complete Ecosystem for musicians that combines creativity, education, and entrepreneurship.
My vision is to help musicians not only improve their artistic skills but also build sustainable and successful careers.

Beyond education, I want to create a complete support network for musicians.
This includes one-to-one mentoring as well as access to trusted professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors, web developers, social media managers, photographers, videographers, and other specialists who can help artists grow every aspect of their careers, beyond the labels.
I also plan to develop a Branded Merchandise line and build a collaborative community where musicians can find the tools, resources, and connections they need in one place.
