What is the best thing that I love about my work?
As an actress and artist I love the adventure that represents every project I do. Whether it’s a play, or film, or dance there is always this sensation of discovering new territories. Every time is like a voyage I make within myself and through the story that is told. It is quite thrilling.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
I remember one day I was on the set of an independent movie in the South of France. We woke up very early to go shoot a scene at dawn in the mountains of Rustrel (to give you an idea we call this place The Provencal Colorado) and I was here watching the sun rising, covering the sky with layers of oranges and purples, freezing cold but surrounded by beauty and doing the thing I love the most… acting !

What role play stories in my life and work?
A very important role. To me stories are the way to reflect on our reality and give testimonial of life experiences. Telling stories help me to understand myself and listening to stories allow me to understand others.
In my work it is central. Being an actress is being a storyteller, and calling on the empathy to impersonate someone else. I believe stories have the power to take us to places we wouldn’t go otherwise and to change us deeply.
What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me?
They resonate ! Even thou I would rather say you are the writer of your own life. I believe we do «write» every day our own story through the actions and the choices we make. Some one else could be the storyteller of my life but I am most definitely the one who’s writing it, whether I am conscious of it or not.
