What is the best thing that I love about my work?

As a public relations and publicity professional in the entertainment industry for over 2 decades with a passion for films and series, one of the things I love most about my work is the creativity, freedom, and flexibility it provides. Each campaign/release is a new place for creativity, and new challenges and it keeps me motivated and excited. 

Also, being a PR gives me the opportunity to meet such amazing people and I am very thankful for that.

What is my idea of happiness?

Being myself, and enjoying every moment is my idea of true happiness. It is also living fully without feeling constrained or frustrated.

And in my opinion, Happiness can be contagious !!

What is my greatest fear?

My greatest fear is losing myself, and my life purpose, also acting far away from my convictions, my values, and my ideas.

Which living persons in my profession do I most admire?

I admire all these talented filmmakers, and actors I have been working with.

One of my best memories was meeting Mr Clint Eastwood at the Cannes Film Festival for the 70th anniversary of his film “Unforgiven”. He is a legend, and a talented director and actor!!

What is my greatest extravagance?

My greatest extravagance was to move to Los Angeles and quit a cozy life in Paris…and the cherry on the cake during a global pandemic!! Isn’t it fun?

I just wanted a life-changing, a new life – and believe me this happened!

It is something that I will never forget… and for sure never regret it!

On what occasion would I lie?

I am an honest and trustworthy person but sometimes there are some situations where lying is necessary to protect someone’s well-being or safety. But I am deeply convinced that the truth always pops up sooner or later. Lying is far away from my life values and convictions. For me, honesty is always the best policy.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?

The happiest times in my work were when after each publicity campaign, our film release got amazing media coverage, a fantastic tour, and a premiere. Above all, everyone got back home safe and sound, proud of the hard work we provided, and had a fantastic time!

If I could, what would I change about myself?

It’s a good question, I would say not to be afraid to ask for help. I know that I have always been an independent woman for years but there is no shame and it’s great to rely on someone sometimes and not only yourselves. It’s a lesson I learned when I moved here in California away from my closest friends, and family.

What is my greatest achievement in work?

My most outstanding achievement in my work is the impact of the movies I have worked on. I had such a blast working on such iconic and amazing properties (Harry Potter, DC Comics, Lego Movies, Game of Thrones, HBO and so more). It also inspired me to continue to strive for excellence in my work.

Where would I most like to live?

I would like to live closer to the ocean. I love hearing the waves crashing against the shore. I love long walks on the beach. It brings me happiness, joy and peace.

And what is magical and unique here in Los Angeles is the golden light and the positive energies that I can feel every day. I am thrilled to live here today!

What is my most treasured possession?

My most treasured possession is my relationships with my kids, my friends, and my family.

When you leave your country for another one, you quickly understand that relationships and connections are the most valuable and important possessions you have in your life. 

Material means nothing.

They have brought me so much joy and incredible support especially since the beginning of this new chapter of my life. 

They all are my treasures.

What is my most marked characteristic?

I am passionate. I always fight until the very end to achieve my goals and some of my friends compared me to a phoenix!

I am also resilient and my kids like to call me Wonder Mum!

What is the most inspirational location, in my city?

With no hesitation the ocean and especially the Malibu beaches. The perfect spot to reload your energy.

What is my favorite place to eat and drink in my city?

During my first visit to California, I discovered In n Out Burgers, the best!

And for a drink, a rooftop is always a good idea and one of my favorite places is the Bar Lys at the Thompson Hotel in Hollywood.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life?

Those who never give up.

Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime?

There are so many movies I would recommend.

I especially love movies where the director brings me somewhere and at the end, it was the complete opposite with a fantastic twist. 

The perfect examples are  “THE PRESTIGE” and  “INCEPTION” directed by Christopher Nolan or “JOKER” directed by Todd Philipps.

What role play stories in my life and work?

Of course, stories are part of my life and play a crucial role in my work!

Without stories, our lives will be boring.

I love to connect and interact with people by sharing our stories and experiences. It makes me feel alive and part of a new chapter/story of my life.

And in my work, overall stories are the beginning of a marketing/publicity campaign. We have the ability to engage people or a community with a specific message. It’s magic!

Stories are powerful and a great source of happiness and inspiration.

What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ mean to me?

I totally agree with Isabelle Allende’s quote.

You must be confident and authentic if you want to build strong connections with others.

You must empower others and interact with the world we are living in.

In everything you do, only you can say, can believe in, and dare.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, or partner in crime?

My amazing kids, friends and family! Each supports me in a different way. They make me feel full, and loved. 

If they are happy I am happy. I figured out that it affects me more than I could imagine in a very positive way than ever before.

What project am I looking forward to working on?

I am looking forward to keeping working with such amazing studios and production companies on a wide range of original content for TV and film.

And keep bringing all along my background and my international expertise and excellent knowledge of the European market and festivals.
